 The Total value derived during quote creation is not intuitive. We have to
 assume that the total tax and the cost price are being added to get the
 Total Cost. The representation can be made more clearer.
 The product should be automatically related to the quote if the quote is
 being created from the related list of product or from a link in the
 product page
