#927: Shortcut "New Account" doesn't work

 The first option at the new... menu is "new account". However the event
 listening at the list is onChange (I supposse) and you can't create a new
 account. The actual workaround is:
 0.- Change to "New Account" (doesn't work)
 1.- Change to "New Contact" (or any)
 2.- Cancel the opening box
 3.- Change to "New Account" (it works)
