 In Settings  > Communication Templates, Email Templates and Mail Merge
 Templates having headings
 like
 '''Settings  > Communication Templates > Email Templates
 Settings  > Communication Templates > Mail Merge Templates'''
 This headings have two links. one for '''Settings''' and  second for other
 part('''> Communication Templates > Email Templates''') of headings.
 While click on Settings link it is taking to Settings home page and click
 on other part it is taking to the same email/mail merge template page.
 So it is not necessary to give link for headings.

 same thing for other Settings modules also.
