Comment:

 (In [6245]) removing source:vtigercrm/branches/4.2_postgresql_integration.
 closes #62 and #17. postgresql support is effectively complete on
 source:vtigercrm/branches/4.2, new issues should get their own bugs, but
 may ref these closed bugs if desired. branches can be accessed with URL
 and revision, so this deleted branch is only being sliced away from
 current namespace, not permanently destroying all record of the branch.
