 Whitespace is ignored in SQL queries so we should take advantage of that
 to make long queries more readable.  There has been a discussion of
 formatting style previously on the mailing list, which you can view here:

 This also helps with tracking changes using SVN as any query change won't
 mark the entire query as changed just the part that was effected.
