 A few files may have been checked in with expanded subversion id keywords,
 which cam make for non-useful diffs between branches.

 Since we're not using subversion id properties as a rule everywhere in the
 repository, remove them from straggler files as found.

 Keywords can later be applied repository wide, if there is a consensus to
 use them.
