Comment:

 I am not sure that a validation is helpful. Look at the real live. At the
 end of a month the boss wants to know what his sales guys did. He runs a
 report. Now the sales guys tell him that they forgot to note some
 important meetings they had. The boss would like to have these things
 noted at the CRM.
 With the validation, this szenario would not work.
