 Reproduce: Go to Calendar view and click on a date.  Place the window in
 an area that is clearly visable.  Next scroll down or up on the screen and
 click on a new date.  The Popup preserved the location of last window.

 User now must relocate the window or scroll to see the entire event.

 Suggestion: May want to consider eliminating the white space on the pop up
 and condence the popup form.
