Comment:

 This causes total breakage with the installation due to a change in the
 way adodb handles adding foreign keys.

 I have a fix forthcoming for 4.2 [5742], I suggest we back out the change
 on 4.2.4 [5746] and I can make the changes for the trunk [5747] when I add
 postgres support for the installation but that may not be until next week.
