  * resolution:  => invalid
  * status:  assigned => closed

Comment:

 This is not an error. when create or edit the ticket notification mail
 will be sent to the assigned to user and to the parent(contact or
 account). when we have not configured  the mail server or the user doesnot
 have email id these messages will be shown. This is expected behaviour.
