 We have time starting from 6 AM to 4 PM. I think there are many people
 work on the night shifts or evening shifts. Their calendar starts at any
 time.

 It is better to have 12.00 AM to 11.00 PM drop down list.

 By the way, we need to provide a start time and end time for setting
 Working Hours.
