 We have an Import/Export button in Campaigns module, which doesn't work.
 But the inactive state ALT tag says Import Campaigns, which is a
 misleading. BTW, end-user may think this option is disabled for their user
 profile. But the fact is this feature is not available for anyone. Then it
 is better we either we don't show any ALT text or Icon itself.

 We may need to address these icons in a better way.
