 Sometimes the buttons in list view - Delete, Change Owner, Change Status,
 & Send Mail does not respond to Mouse Click & at other times it does when
 you perform some other operation or refresh the page.

 The assigned to Field also at times shows values and doesn't
 intermittently.

 Moreover the Mass Delete Button while deleting last record does not work
 and in Notes module it gave a javascript error as undefined.
