 when creating a sales order directly from a quote, it contains bug. if you
 follows below step to create a sales order:-
 -create a quote using [New Quote], and save it
 -then open [Export To PDF] to view the quote in pdf
 -then create sales order directly from quote using [Create Sales Order]
 above the detail view of that quote and save it
 -then the bug occur which is the detail view of sales order is empty after
 save.
