Comment:

 Delete for the first row in Product Details will not be given. if you want
 to delete that product in first row then you should select another product
 ie., overwrite with another product because if we deleted that first row
 we cannot validate whether the product has been given or not where as
 product is mandatory to create PO, SO, Quotes and Invoice.

 Regarding add same product more than once and override the ListPrice value
 we will look into that and then take in our future release.
