 This bug is related to ticket #1281: After applying Changeset 6964
 (utils.php) the quote problem is solved (thanks!)

 New problem: After converting the (now visible) quote to a sales order
 with the "Create  Salesorder" button, the sales order appears fine in the
 edit view of sales. However, when i click Orders<Sales there is a fatal
 error code, the same as in #1281:
