 I'm proposing a 4.2.4.1 release to the fix for ticket #1281 out.

 I propose we waiting until Monday (June 19th) to see if any other bugs
 come up and then release the update that day.

 To do this we should reopen the 4.2.4 branch and create the changes there
 and tag it as 4.2.4.1 before release.  I'm not sure what the proper way to
 do this is, I'm thinking we do svn merge -r 6963:6962
