 I figured out that there could be an error regarding new custom picklists
 and the picklist editor.

 I created a new picklist in leads at custom filed settings. Secondly I've
 used the picklist settings and choose leads. Result was an error:

 Fatal error: Call to a member function FetchRow() on a non-object in
 C:\vtiger\vtigercrm-5.0.0-beta\apache\htdocs\vtigerCRM\include\database\PearDatabase.php
