 Here the customerportal is working.
 can you please let us know the following details
 1. URL of your vtiger server
 2. URL to access the customerportal
 3. values given for the variables $Server_Path and $Authenticate_Path in
 customerportal/PortalConfig.php file.
 This will help us to debug the problem further.if you do not want to post
