 The following formatting issues are addressed in the patch.
 Incorrect class on table for Top Accounts.
 Missing black line on bottom of Top Accounts (not noticable in default
 theme).
 Too much space between Activities and Allocation when Accounts and
 Potentials do not exist.
 "None Scheduled" message relating to Potentials does not make sense for
 potentials and is not consistent with other Home sections.
 Spacing issues between Accounts and Potentials sections.
 Other miscellaneous HTML fixes.
