 Hi Philip
 This is happening when creating or editing a salesorder (quote, invoice)
 and trying to add a product. I am using the standard vtiger profiles,
 unchanged. When the users role has the sales and/or support profiles
 attached the list of products to add to the quote is empty. When the
 administrator role is added to the role it works fine.
