 When migrating from 4.24 on Windows 2003 / MySQL 4.1x / PHP 4.4.2 / IIS 6
 I get these errors after migration

 1) Migrating from live data(4.24)

 Migration complete

 Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in
 C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\vtiger_CRM_4_2_3\beta\include\database\PearDatabase.php
 on line 431 when viewing contacts etc

 2) Migrating from a dump file

 tables exist in vtigercrm 4.23 restoring previous database tables after
 restore (0)

 3) Migrating from 4.23 data

 Migration completes
