Comment:

 Kindly test the same with the default bundled mysql which is mysql5.
 The product should work on 4.1.x but we have not tested in all the
 intermediate versions.

 It is also possible that there was a problem in data population as the
 database was not properly dropped.

 Kindly do get back to us with the log as well.
