Comment:

 I've added a patch which enables this for Activities, Emails, HelpDesk and
 Leads (unless I missed something that's the only places you can assign an
 entry to a group).  It may be too late to check this in before the 4.2.4
 release, I'll let Mike Fedyk make that call.
