 All pages have the title "vtiger CRM 5 - Free, Commercial grade Open
 Source CRM" which is good if you have many different webpages open one of
 which is vtiger.  However I would suggest that most vtiger users have
 multiple vtiger pages open at one time and very few pages of other
 websites.  For these people the page title could be much more informative
 to help distinguish between other different vtiger pages.

 I suggest a page title of "<module> - <primary module information> - <view
 mode> - vtigerCRM".  Where module is one of: Account, Contact, Invoice,
 etc...  the primary module information is one of Account Name, Contact
 Name, Invoice number, etc.. (if not applicable, ie: in list view, leave it
 out)  and the view mode is one of: List, Detail, Edit, etc...
